Over 20 year of expertise
The team behind Bhamboo Housing has been active in and around Pylos since 1999. With a keen eye for real estate, they commissioned Deloitte in Athens and Lambert Smith Hampton in London to write reports on regional property investment. The first plots were purchased during the time of the Greek drachma, enabling the building and sale of several properties. Over the years, several periods of uncertainty have been successfully navigated, including the global financial crisis of 2007, the Greek government-debt crisis of 2009, and the coronavirus pandemic.
This, at times, steep learning curve has been mastered by assembling the necessary experts. Our network of certified partners covering brokerage, construction, legal, and notarization, and close relationships with local government officials, are all at your disposal.
